We request driver's license identification on ALL RENTALS and purchases paid for by check. Valid working telephones also required. Pager numbers are not accepted. Out of state renters must provide adequate security for the item rented.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
We accept individual and company checks. No third party checks allowed. Non-sufficient funds and closed account checks are charged $30.00 reinstatement fees. All such checks returned to us are subject to prosecution under the fullest extent of Michigan Law. We do not accept out of state checks for same day rentals.
RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE:
All rental items are charged for the time out, not the time used. As always, minimum charges, if they apply, take priority. |

Who is responsible for Tires? |

All equipment on wheels; trailers, trenchers, compressors, bobcats, lifts, cars, trucks, etc, is rented out in good condition. Customer is responsible for equipment brought back with damaged tires. |

Yes, most equipment is rented with a full fuel tank. Customer is responsible for fuel on equipment with a 10 hp or larger motor. If we have to fill with fuel we will charge a surcharge. |

Yes, Sales Tax is the responsibility of the renter. The State of Michigan requires this tax be collected. (Known as a "USE TAX".) |

DWC is offered on all rentals and is optional. DWC is not insurance but will protect renters from repair if accidental damage exists. Abuse of equipment or failure to return equipment clean (i.e., paint sprayers & texture equipment) is not covered by DWC. |
