WEEKDAYS: Monday-Friday: All gasoline, electrical and mechanical equipment are based on a 24 hour period. Some gasoline products are metered and rates are additional when exceeding 8 hour metered times.

PARTY ITEMS: All "party" equipment operates on 24 hour rental. Deposits guaranteeing rental availability are required and are not refundable due to cancellations.

OVERNITE: Carpet cleaners and sewer snakes are priced at the regular 4 hour rate for this time frame.  Not available on Saturdays.

SATURDAYS: Saturday operates as "PRIME TIME".  All equipment items rent for a 1day rate from 8 am to 5 pm.  (Exception:  Party items, depending on time of event).   All Gas and electrical products are covered by the 8 am to 5 pm period.

WEEKEND: Equipment out between 4-5 pm on Saturday is due in the following Monday at "8:00 am" for the one day rate.  Additional charges will be charged after 8 am.  Equipment is rented Saturday 8 am and returned Monday at 8 am, that constitutes a 2 day rental.  Additional charges may be charged on metered products if time exceeds metered amounts.

HOLIDAYS: We are closed most holidays. Rental of equipment carries special rates for those days. We will post our policies based on the period when those holidays dates fall.
